Ice Floating Experience at Pyhä
LET YOUR MIND AND BODY FLOAT IN ICY WATER!
Experience what it feels like to float in icy water. You will get a dry suit that keeps you dry and warm so you can relax and focus in being present in your body.
We will first give you a dry suit and help you in dressing up. Once we are dressed, we will give you instructions and then you can step into the water. You can enjoy being supported by water in a frozen lake. You can observe the nature, the quietness around and your own sensations.
After floating we will enjoy a Finnish traditional lakeside sauna.
You will have nice chance to challenge yourself and take an icy dip in a frozen lake without a dry suit.
EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Short theory and safety briefing about floating.
Professional guide with you ensuring the safety through the adventure.
Drysuit with warm hood and wetsuit gloves, PFD.
Bathing in sauna by the lake (bring your own towel and swimming suit)

MINIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENT: 140 cm (drysuit)
PLEASE BRING: Warm clothes that fit under the drysuit, towel and swimming suit. Warm clothes to wear after the activity.
Booking conditions:
We charge a 100% cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the event
We charge a 50% cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the event

What's included?
Dry suit and other gear, professional guiding and sauna are included in this experience.
What's excluded?
You need to take a swimming suit and towel for the sauna experince.
What do i need to bring?
Bring some warm and comfortable clothing (1-2 layers) under a drysuit and clothes to wear after the program. You will get a thermal suit under drysuit from us. We will enjoy the sauna at the end of the program so remember to bring a towel and a swimming suit.

Please be aware that the sauna will be shared by all participants (bring your swimming suit).
Cancellation Policy
We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before event.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before event.
